A booking is confirmed when we send you written confirmation by text or email. Quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
Published and quoted rates are all-inclusive of tolls, standard gratuity, flight tracking, meet and greet, and the wait time stated. Additional charges apply only for: stops added on the day, wait time beyond the included allowance, ferry fares at cost, airport parking on aircraft-side pickups at cost, and any cleaning required as a result of damage or soiling.
We do not apply surge, holiday or peak pricing.
For multi-vehicle and event bookings, cancellation terms are set out in your written confirmation and may differ.
Scheduled departures include 15 minutes of grace at the pickup point. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes from actual landing on domestic flights and 90 minutes on international. Wait time beyond these allowances is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle. Alcohol is permitted only for passengers of legal drinking age and only in vehicles licensed for it. Seat belts must be worn. Chauffeurs may end a trip where a passenger's conduct is unsafe, unlawful or abusive, and no refund is due in that event.
Passengers are responsible for damage or excessive soiling caused to a vehicle. Cleaning and lost-service charges will be billed at cost.
Luggage capacity is limited by the vehicle booked. Please declare oversized items when booking. We are not liable for loss or damage to property left in a vehicle, though every vehicle is checked after each trip and anything found is logged and held.
We plan generous buffers and track flights, but we are not liable for losses arising from delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical failure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where a vehicle becomes unavailable we will provide a replacement of equal or higher standard where possible, or a full refund where not.
We maintain commercial livery insurance above the state minimum. Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
