Group movements are quoted per vehicle per hour, with a three-hour minimum on each vehicle. For continuous shuttle loops we quote the block of time rather than the number of runs, so an extra loop costs nothing.
For anything involving more than two vehicles, send us the schedule and headcounts and we will come back with a written plan and a fixed price for the whole operation.

As many as the schedule allows. We run our own fleet and coordinate additional vetted vehicles for larger operations. Give us headcounts and timings and we will tell you what it takes.
Our own fleet is sedans and full-size SUVs. For larger groups we bring in vetted Sprinter and coach partners under our own management, so you still deal with one contact.
By the block of time rather than the number of runs. Once a vehicle is committed for four hours, whether it does four loops or seven, the price is the same.
For a peak-season Hamptons weekend, two to three months. For off-season or midweek, three to four weeks is usually enough.
