We run corporate accounts the way they should be run: a named contact who answers the phone, chauffeurs who learn your executives' preferences, and a single invoice at the end of the month instead of forty receipts your assistant has to reconcile.

What a corporate account includes

• Monthly invoicing — one statement, itemised by passenger, cost centre or matter number, whatever your finance team needs
• Priority dispatch — account holders are allocated vehicles first, including on peak dates
• Preferred chauffeurs — request the same driver for a given executive and we will hold him where we can
• Direct line — you reach a dispatcher who knows your account, not a queue
• Confidentiality — chauffeurs are background-checked and will sign an NDA on request

Roadshows and multi-stop days

For investor roadshows and multi-meeting days we assign a dedicated vehicle and chauffeur for the full duration. He holds at each location, adapts when a meeting runs long, and knows the next address before you do. Billed hourly with a three-hour minimum.

For larger programmes — a board offsite, a sales conference, a company shuttle — we coordinate multiple vehicles against one manifest and give you a single contact managing the whole fleet for the day.

Client and candidate pickups

Sending a car for an incoming client or executive candidate is a small expense that changes the tone of a visit. We handle the flight tracking, the meet and greet, and the arrival. You get a text when they are in the car and another when they arrive.
