The end of the island. Long airport runs, late dinners, and the one place where having a car booked really matters.
Get a flat rate Call (516) 229-1466Montauk is the furthest point on Long Island and the trips reflect it. JFK is a two and a half to three hour run. Manhattan is comfortably three. On a summer Sunday, longer.
It is also the place where transport most often goes wrong for visitors. Rideshare coverage is thin and unreliable out here, especially late at night and out of season. A booked car is not a luxury in Montauk, it is the difference between getting home and not.
Montauk in July and August has a nightlife that runs well past midnight and a taxi supply that does not. We take hourly bookings that hold the car for the evening, which means the ride home exists regardless of what time the evening ends.
Montauk to JFK is $349 all in. Book early for summer weekends — the long runs go first and there are only so many vehicles out this far.

Two and a half to three hours in normal conditions, longer on a summer Sunday. We build the departure time around the actual day.
Not particularly, especially late at night and out of season. Coverage out this far is thin, which is why booked cars matter more here than anywhere else on the island.
