When you request a quote or make a booking we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, passenger count, and any notes you choose to give us such as flight numbers or accessibility requirements.
If you pay by card, payment details are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Only where necessary to deliver your trip: the chauffeur assigned to you, and where applicable a vetted partner operator handling a vehicle type we do not run ourselves. Both are bound by the same confidentiality expectations.
We may also share information where legally required, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
This site uses standard analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Quote form submissions are transmitted securely to our booking inbox.
Booking records are retained for as long as required for accounting, tax and insurance purposes. Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email info@elitelimoli.com and we will respond.
