Wedding Transportation, Long Island & the Hamptons

The couple's car, the wedding party, the guest shuttle. We build the timeline with your planner and hold to it to the minute.

The one vendor that has to be early

Almost everything at a wedding can absorb a ten-minute slip. Transport cannot. If the car is late to the getting-ready house, the photographs compress. If the shuttle is late leaving the hotel, the ceremony starts without half the guests.

So we plan weddings backwards from the ceremony time and build slack into every leg. We do a route check the week before. And we always position vehicles early — not on time, early.

How we usually break up the day

The couple's car

A Mercedes S-Class or Escalade held for you from the getting-ready location through to the end of the night. Water and a quiet cabin between venues. This is the one car we never share with another booking on the same day.

Wedding party

SUVs for the bridal party and groomsmen, moving as one group between the house, the photographs and the ceremony. We coordinate the departure order with your planner so everyone arrives in the right sequence.

Guest shuttles

Continuous loops between hotels and the venue, before the ceremony and after the reception. Guests who have been drinking get home without anyone making a decision they should not be making. This is the leg that most often gets under-planned and it is the one that generates the most goodwill.

Airport runs for out-of-town guests

Weekend weddings in the Hamptons mean guests flying into JFK on Friday and out on Sunday. We can handle those transfers on the same account so families are not each arranging their own.

Venues we know

We run regularly to the Hamptons estate venues, the North Fork vineyards, the Gold Coast mansions and the waterfront clubs across the South Shore. Where a venue has a specific vehicle staging rule, a narrow drive or a noise curfew, we already know it. Tell us the venue and we will tell you what it means for the timeline.

Book early for peak season. Saturdays from May through October in the Hamptons are the busiest dates on Long Island. Six months out is normal for a full wedding package. Call (516) 229-1466 and we will walk through the day with you.

Common questions

For a Saturday between May and October in the Hamptons, six months is normal. For off-season or weekday weddings, six to eight weeks is usually enough. Earlier is always safer.

Yes, and we prefer to. Put us in touch and we will build the transport timeline directly with them so it matches the rest of the run sheet.

Yes. Most of our wedding work is a package — couple's car, wedding party vehicles, and continuous hotel-to-venue shuttle loops before and after.

Nothing. Wedding bookings are held on an hourly basis for the full day, so a schedule that shifts does not cost you a vehicle or trigger a surcharge.
