Three hour minimum. Includes fuel, tolls, waiting time and standard gratuity. Additional time is billed at the same rate, prorated, with no overtime premium.
No surge pricing, ever. Not on holiday weekends, not at 4am, not during a storm. The rate you are quoted when you book is the rate you pay when you arrive.
We take card details to hold a reservation and charge once the trip is complete. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with itemised statements and no minimum spend. Cash is accepted if you prefer.
Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, 50 percent. Inside 3 hours, the full rate — at that point the vehicle and chauffeur are committed to you and cannot be reassigned.
Yes. Every published rate includes tolls, standard gratuity, flight tracking, meet and greet and the wait time described. The only things ever added are extra stops you request on the day, ferry fares if we cross to Shelter Island, and airport parking on aircraft-side private aviation pickups — all at cost.
No. There is no surge pricing at any time. A 4am Christmas Eve pickup costs exactly what a 2pm Tuesday one does.
Send us the two addresses through the quote form and we will price it exactly, usually within fifteen minutes. We run everywhere across Long Island, the five boroughs, Westchester, Connecticut and New Jersey.
Return trips book at the same one-way rate each direction. There is no round-trip discount, but there is also no premium and no deadhead charge.
