Why we started
Ground transportation on Long Island had a gap in it. At one end were rideshares — cheap, unpredictable, and priced by algorithm on exactly the days you need them most. At the other were legacy limo companies running tired vehicles behind a phone line nobody answers after six.
Neither was serving people who simply needed to get to a flight, a wedding or a meeting with certainty. So we built the thing in the middle: a properly maintained black car fleet, chauffeurs who take the job seriously, and pricing you can see before you commit.
What we actually promise
We do not promise luxury. Every car service says that, and after a while it means nothing. What we promise is narrower and more useful:
- The car will be early. Not on time — early. Every airport pickup is positioned fifteen minutes ahead of schedule.
- The price will not change. What we quote is what you pay. No surge, no fuel surcharge, no gratuity added at the end.
- A person will answer. Day or night. Not a chatbot, not a queue, not a callback form.
- The vehicle will be immaculate. Detailed before every trip, not on a schedule.
