Yes. The quoted price includes tolls, standard gratuity, flight tracking, meet and greet and the included wait time. There is no surge pricing at any time — not on holidays, not at 4am, not in bad weather.
Only things you add on the day: extra stops, wait time beyond the included allowance, ferry fares at cost, and airport parking on aircraft-side private aviation pickups. Nothing is added without your agreement.
Standard gratuity is built into every published rate. Additional gratuity is entirely at your discretion and never expected.
Card on file, charged after the trip. Cash is accepted if you prefer. Corporate accounts receive itemised monthly invoices.
Corporate accounts get priority dispatch and consolidated billing rather than a discounted rate. For high-volume regular routes, call us and we will discuss it.
We track your flight from its origin gate and adjust the pickup automatically. There is no charge for delays outside your control. Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait time from actual landing; international arrivals include 90.
Yes if you request meet and greet. He parks, comes to baggage claim with a name sign, and handles your luggage to the vehicle. It is included on international arrivals.
The car will be there. We position based on actual flight tracking, not scheduled arrival time.
We build it backwards from your flight, accounting for the terminal, day and hour. For JFK international departures we are deliberately conservative — an hour in a lounge beats a missed flight.
Yes — East Hampton HTO, Republic FRG, Gabreski FOK and the FBO terminals at Teterboro. Give us the tail number, operator or FBO name.
One to three passengers with normal luggage: a sedan. Four or more, or oversized luggage: an SUV. If you are unsure, tell us what you are carrying and we will recommend one.
Yes, at no extra charge. Tell us the ages when booking rather than on the day so we can fit the correct seat.
Yes — book a Suburban or Escalade and tell us what you are bringing. The Suburban has the largest cargo capacity in the fleet.
Not in our own fleet. For those we bring in vetted partner vehicles under our own management, so you still deal with one contact.
Yes, with notice. Crated pets are straightforward; for uncrated animals tell us the size and we will send an appropriate vehicle.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Inside 24 hours we charge 50 percent; inside 3 hours, the full rate, because at that point the vehicle and chauffeur are committed to you.
Yes. We operate as a fully licensed commercial livery service with insurance well above the state minimum. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle. Alcohol is permitted for passengers of legal age in vehicles licensed for it — ask when booking.
