East Hampton Airport handles seasonal seaplane and helicopter traffic from Manhattan, along with private jets into the FBO. In summer it is one of the busiest general aviation fields in the region, and ground transport is the constraint — there is very little of it available on short notice.

We hold vehicles locally on the East End through the season precisely so that arrivals into HTO are covered. Give us the tail number, operator or flight time and we will be positioned before you land.

Aircraft-side and FBO pickup

For private arrivals we meet you at the FBO or, where the operator permits, aircraft-side. Luggage goes straight from the aircraft to the vehicle. No terminal, no waiting area, no queue.

For the Blade and seaplane services from Manhattan, we meet at the designated arrivals area and can hold for a delayed rotation at no charge.

Onward and connecting trips

A common pattern is a helicopter into HTO and a car onward to a house in Sagaponack or Amagansett, or a jet into Gabreski and a car to Montauk. We handle either, and can hold the vehicle for the weekend if you want a car and chauffeur on standby while you are out east.
