Hourly Chauffeur Service, As Directed

A car and chauffeur held for you, as directed. Multiple stops, waiting time and changes of plan are the point, not an extra.

When the day has more than two addresses

Point-to-point pricing works when you know where you are going and when. It falls apart the moment the day has a shape — four meetings, a lunch, a stop at home, then dinner in the city. For that you want the car held.

Hourly service means a vehicle and chauffeur are yours for the block you book. He waits while you are inside. He takes the route you want. If a plan changes at 2pm, it changes, and nothing about the booking has to be rewritten.

What hourly is right for

  • Business days with multiple meetings across Nassau, Suffolk and the city
  • Wine tours and brewery days on the North Fork
  • Shopping and errands where the car waits with your bags
  • Nights out — dinner, a show, and home, without three separate bookings
  • Family occasions where the schedule is loose by design
  • House hunting and property tours across the East End

How the rate works

Hourly service runs from a three-hour minimum. The clock starts at your scheduled pickup time and ends when the chauffeur drops you at the final stop. Tolls, fuel, waiting time and standard gratuity are included in the hourly rate — there is nothing added afterwards.

If the day runs long, we bill the additional time at the same hourly rate, prorated. No penalty, no premium for overtime, provided the vehicle is not committed elsewhere — which is why we ask for a realistic estimate up front.

Hourly rates start at $95 per hour for a business sedan, with a three-hour minimum. Premier luxury vehicles and larger SUVs are priced above that. See the full rate card for every tier.

Same chauffeur, whole day

One of the quiet advantages of hourly booking is continuity. The same chauffeur drives you all day. He learns the route, remembers where you left your coat, knows you have a call between the second and third stop. That is worth considerably more than it costs.

Common questions
