We quote each trip rather than publishing a table because the honest answer depends on things a table cannot see: which terminal, how many bags, whether there is a second stop in Riverhead, whether the ferry to Shelter Island is involved. Send those details and the number you get back is the number you pay.
Some of this is standard in the industry and we think it should not be.
Only three things, and we tell you about all of them before you book:
Wine tours, a day of meetings, a wedding, a night out — the car and chauffeur are held for you, with a three-hour minimum. Multiple stops, waiting time and changes of plan are all part of it. Tell us the shape of the day and we will quote it.
Booked at the same rate in each direction. We do not discount the round trip and we do not charge a premium for it. A return is simply two trips, priced the same way.
Card on file, charged after the trip is complete. Cash is fine if you prefer it. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with no minimum spend.
Cancellations. Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Between 3 and 24 hours, half the rate. Under 3 hours or a no-show, the full rate. We would rather you called and moved it than cancelled.

Yes. Every price we quote includes tolls, standard gratuity, flight tracking, curbside pickup and the wait time described. The only things ever added are extra stops you request on the day, ferry fares if we cross to Shelter Island, and airport parking on aircraft-side private aviation pickups — all at cost.
No. There is no surge pricing at any time. A 4am Christmas Eve pickup costs exactly what a 2pm Tuesday one does.
Send us the two addresses through the quote form and we will price it exactly, usually within fifteen minutes. We run everywhere across Long Island, the five boroughs, Westchester, Connecticut and New Jersey.
Return trips book at the same one-way rate each direction. There is no round-trip discount, but there is also no premium and no deadhead charge.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Inside 24 hours we charge 50 percent; inside 3 hours, the full rate — because at that point the vehicle and chauffeur are committed.
