For airport transfers we recommend 24 hours' notice. For weddings, wine tours and holiday weekends in the Hamptons, book one to two weeks ahead. That said, we take same-day and last-minute requests whenever a vehicle is available — call or text and we will tell you straight away.

We track your flight from the moment it departs and adjust your pickup automatically. There is no charge for delays outside your control. Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait time and international arrivals include 90 minutes.

Yes. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. It includes tolls, standard gratuity, curbside pickup, and the wait time above. There is no surge pricing, ever — not on holidays, not at 4am, not in a snowstorm.
